Retreat Refund Policy: Due to the nature of planning for an in-person retreat, refunds are not available.
However, with approval, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to accommodate such situations within reason.

- How do I get there?Fly into BNA on Oct. 3rd. From your hotel, take a ride share or rental car to the marina. Exact address and details are shared upon your confirmation.
- Where should I stay?Gaylord Opryland is the closest. I love the 1 Hotel downtown. I send an official welcome guide with more suggestions after purchase.
- What do I wear / bring?Resort casual, swimsuit, + rubber bottom shoes like flip flops or boat shoes. We provide beach towels and journals. Full packing list is provided when you confirm your spot!
- What happens after I pay?You'll get an email from me with details on where to stay, what to bring, and what to expect, like an invitation to a virtual kick off call 2 weeks before the retreat!
